· A Degree / NDT qualification from a recognized institution.
· Should have the ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team of competent staff through outstanding supervisory and follow-up skills.
· Through knowledge of the technical and quality aspects of garment constructions in both knit/woven.
· A minimum of 05 years experience in managing production lines together with in depth knowledge of the production process from fabric inspection to finishing and packing.
· Should be able to participate in a team based information sharing environment, collaborating and co-operating with others for higher results.
· Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
