SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE - FACTORY

The ideal candidate will be a graduate in HR or with an equivalent professional HR qualification. With over 2 years experience in a similar capacity preferably in a Garment Manufacturing Business. He / She will be responsible for recruitment, Training & Development, performance evaluation and appraisal, employee relations and implementing HR policies/procedures in the company. Having experience employee counseling would be a plus point. Age below 35 years.
