Part-Time - 3D CAD Drafter/ Designer

Job Description:
Lex Duco (Pvt) Ltd is a mass scale speculative home builder that involves in building 100 “Bright Life” houses in Halkandawila, Kalutara and 25 homes in Mattegoda. Our desire is to promote proud home ownership among middle and lower middle class families. It is not limiting to just ownership of a house, but extends to the desire of owning a complete, comfortable and decent house only for Rs 13Lks.

The company promotes lifestyle homes at affordable prices with the backing of its experienced construction professionals including Chartered Architects and Chartered Engineers.

Now we are looking for a part time 3D CAD Drafter/Designer to
1. Convert our 2D designs to 3D and to
2. Draw new 3D designs with the aid of Architects guide lines

• Thorough knowledge of at least one 3D CAD software (preferably Auto CAD)
• Ability to work efficiently with the software (draw faster and quicker)
• Ability to convert 2D plans to 3D
• Possess design skills
• Willing to demonstrate the skills in the interview
• Experience is not required, if competent

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 1 or 2 days per week depending on the demand and your flexibility
