LOLC Insurance Company Limited, a new venture within the LOLC Group, is looking for dynamic and results oriented individuals who are willing to perform in a challenging & rewarding environment for the following position.


Job Profile

To handle all inbound calls through the hot line in a timely and efficient manner and make sure that exceptional customer service standard is maintained at all times, thereby safeguarding the corporate image of the company.

We are looking for candidates with following attributes

Passed G.C.E (A/L) and below 23 years of age
Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information and should be able to handle difficult customer situations
Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and / Tamil
Possess a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
Previous work experience in a call centre of any leading insurance company would be an added advantage
School leavers are also considered
