Compliance Officer

A micro finance company is looking for a male who has Accounting background for the post of Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer acts as staff to the CEO and Board of Directors Corporate Compliance Committee by monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company and in providing guidance for the Board and senior management team on matters relating to compliance in field.

The selected candidate should be able to travel frequently to other branches and check whether our policies procedures are complied with the company plans and report them to CEO and Board of directors. Also some Internal Audit functions also will have to be performed by him.

Duties and responsibilities:-

Ensuring due compliance with all rule, regulation and laws of the local area.
Researching and answering all internal compliance and communicate them to the management.
The ideal candidate should posses sufficient experience in accounting and who is willing to travel frequently.

Qualification:-

Part qualified in accounting (AAT, CIMA, etc….)

Salary will be Rs.25, 000/- - 30,000/- depend on the experience. And also candidates do have other allowances as well
