Positions /Level:
Executive Chef - EXCOM
Food & Beverage Manager - HOD
Executive Housekeeper - HOD
Executive Secretary - HOD
Guest Service Manager - HOD
Guest Service Manager - HOD
Asst Housekeeper - Asst HOD
Asst Front Office Manager - Asst HOD
Guest Service Agent – Japanese Speaking - Service Associate
Guest Service Agent – Chinese Speaking - Service Associate
Guest Service Agent – Russian Speaking - Service Associate
Requirement EXCOM:
A recognized university degree and/ or relevant educational background.
5 years related experience in the position with a proven record holding such a management level. Hotel/Resort opening experience in the Maldives in a similar position is an added advantage.
Requirement HOD:
A recognized university degree and/ or relevant educational background.
4/3 years related experience in the position with a proven record holding such a management level. Hotel/Resort opening experience in the Maldives in a similar position is an added advantage.
Requirement Asst HOD:
A recognized university advanced diploma/diploma and/ or relevant educational background.
3/2 years related experience in the position with a proven record holding such a management level. Hotel/Resort opening experience in the Maldives in a similar position is an added advantage.
Requirement Service Associates:
A recognized university diploma and/ or secondary educational background.
5 years related experience in the position with a proven record holding such a management level. Hotel/Resort opening experience in the Maldives in a similar position is an added advantage.
Job Scope:
To set-up and assist getting the operation/department ready for the opening of the hotel on time and ensuring service standards, sequences are implemented effectively. To train pre-opening team associates while following the core values and service philosophy of Centara Hotels & Resorts.

a common CV to be applied for any vacancy may not be the
