Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Internal Servers trouble shooting maintaining monitoring
- Internal Network maintaining
- Software trouble shooting
- Backups Maintaining
- Repair & maintenance internal PC & Printers
- Over Looking Service center
- Repair Laptops, PC, Printers
- Software installations
- Visiting customer site
- Supporting to marketing division for IT related inquiry
Education/Qualification
- MCITP – Microsoft Certified IT Professional in Windows 7
- MCP – Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows XP
- Diploma in Hardware Engineering
- Diploma In Information Technology
Experience
- OS Installation
- Formatting machine using CD and MDT Server
- Ability in configuring MDT Server.
- Hardware Troubleshooting
- Ability to repair hardware in Laptops, Desktops and PC accessories.
- Managing hardware oriented issues in Server.
- Replacing hardware part in Laptops, Desktops and Accessories.
- Active Directory and Encryption Software
- Create, Edit and Delete user in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Create, Edit and Remove Group Policies.
- Deployment of McAfee Endpoint Encryption Server.
- Create, Edit, Delete, and Add user in the McAfee Endpoint Encryption server.
- Updating Policies, Patches and Server.
- Maintenance
- Maintenance of Server environment (Server Firmware update, Patch Update.)
- Maintenance of IT Assets.
- Networking
- Troubleshooting email / internet connection for users within the firm.
- Network support for Web Meetings, Video Calls and Conference calls.
- Hardware Setup for conference calls via network.
- Making, setting up and maintaining Network Cables and port.

a common CV to be applied for any vacancy may not be the
