Human Resources Assistant

The candidate assists with the administration of the day to day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties.

Assists in Maintaining the HR database and all employee records and files. Complete assigned MIS and other information. Assists in informing new employees of HR policies and programmes as needed. Performs general office support functions and assists area personnel as and when necessary.

Applicant profile

At least one year of related experience.

· Understanding of human resource reporting and recordkeeping requirements.

· Knowledge of automated human resource and payroll systems.

· Excellent communications and public relations abilities.

· Ability to follow, apply, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines.

· Professional qualification will be added advantage.
