Must be hardworking and energetic & willing to work under pressure with excellent coordination and Customer Service skills with an Eye for Details

Experience: 2 - 3 yrs relevant experience as PA/Secretary or Coordinator.
Able to write and speak in excellent English.
Academic Background: Studied up to grade 10 O/L standards or more.
Computer Skills: Micros office 2007 with a familiarization with Opera, Material Control & Google mailing etc.
Knowledge on Hotel Operation especially, Front Office Operation
Excellent Documentation and administrative skills
Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
