BARTENDER (Galle)

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel in-order to increase sales and maximize guest satisfaction. Also, candidate should have a good knowledge in various kinds of drink and beverage, pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills, preparing and mixing all types of drinks; alcoholic and non-alcoholic and prepare daily bar inventory and sales report.


WAITERS / WAITRESSES (Galle)

We are looking for smart, young male/female candidates below the age of 35 years with hotel school qualification. Selected candidate should process good working knowledge of Food & Beverage services, excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guest, professional appearance & behavior, effective communication in English and leadership skills. Working experience in a star class or boutique hotel is a definite advantage.
