1.0 Recruitment & Selection

1.3 Prepare the HR Plan
1.4 Prepare the advertisements for recruitment and sent to head office.
1.5 Arrange the interview in consultation with relevant manager.
1.6 Involve the selection process
1.7 Open personal file & obtain required information.

2.1 Conduct the induction program
2.2 Monitor the on the job trainings for new recruits
2.3 Training needs identification
2.4 Handover the Training needs by 30th Jan of the following year to HR department.
2.5 Prepare the training plan for next year.
2.6 Conduct the training programs as per the plan
2.7 Evaluate the effectiveness of the training after completing the training program.
Effectiveness can be measure by following way,
1. By monitoring the performance of work after the training program. ( The duration for evaluation of effectiveness to be decided by HOD)
